During a two week test of Lindy, a software engineer got warnings about clashing plans and a prep note before each meeting, one of which recalled context from a client call four months earlier.

What they did
With Google Calendar, Gmail and Notion connected, Lindy flagged back to back meetings with no buffer, a dinner booking that clashed with a moved meeting, and a workout that collided with an early flight. When he asked it to reschedule, it proposed three slots based on the other person's past patterns. Before each meeting it sent a note summarising past interactions, related documents and a suggested agenda.
What happened
The poster says one prep note reminded him of a budget review and a scope question from months earlier, and opening with it impressed the client.
Keep in mind
This is one person's two week test. Meeting prep is credit heavy, and the tool offers little room for custom workflows or prompts.
Try it with your agent
Watch <your calendar> and warn me about back to back meetings without a break, events that clash with personal plans, and anything that conflicts with travel. Before each external meeting, send me a short note with our past emails and meetings with that person, related documents from <your notes app>, and two or three suggested talking points. If I ask to move a meeting, propose three times and draft the message for my approval.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
