Razorpay's engineering blog says more than 220 employees each run their own isolated Hermes agent. One example reads its owner's Slack, GitHub and Google Workspace, posts a 07:15 morning digest and a 19:00 end-of-day digest to a private Slack channel, and nudges a task tracker every two hours. Any new skill the agent writes for itself can be held for human approval.

What they did
Razorpay's engineering blog says more than 220 employees each have their own always-on Hermes agent, running in an isolated Kubernetes namespace with its own storage, cloud identity and network policy, and with all outbound traffic screened by an audit proxy. One employee's instance, described with the person anonymized, pulls hourly from Slack channels, GitHub repos and Google Workspace and builds a personal wiki from it.
What happened
That instance posts a 07:15 morning digest and a 19:00 end-of-day digest to a private Slack channel and nudges a task tracker every two hours. The company says it ran over 15,000 sessions in eight weeks, most of them while the owner was asleep or away, and taught itself 98 skills.
Keep in mind
The company says this instance is an outlier in ambition; about 84 of the 220 agents are active on a typical day. Skills the agent writes for itself can optionally be held for human approval, and the post is mostly about the security platform rather than business outcomes.
Try it with your agent
Every hour, read new messages in <your chat channels>, updates in <your code or project repos>, and my email and calendar, and keep running notes on people, projects and decisions. At <morning time>, send me a digest of what changed overnight and what is on today; at <evening time>, send what got done, what is still open, and what I promised others. Every two hours, remind me of the top items on <your task list>.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
