What they did
After a LINE message told him the email had arrived, he gave Grok Bot one instruction: find the email from that company, check whether he was free in each requested slot, and draft a reply. The agent located the email itself, counted 15 proposed slots, opened his calendar and checked each one. He reviewed the draft before sending.
What happened
The poster says only one of the 15 slots clashed, and a ready-to-send reply was done within a few minutes, against nearly half an hour if he had done it by hand.
Keep in mind
This is one person's account in an opinion column. He notes that early results were often off target, and he keeps approval over anything sent out under his name.
Try it with your agent
Find the email from <organization name> asking for my availability for <meeting series>. Check each proposed date and time against my calendar, list which ones clash and why, then draft a short reply giving my availability. Do not send it; leave it as a draft for me to review.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
