What they did
He installed the Claude extension in Chrome and launched Claude Code with the Chrome option, so it worked inside his existing browser session without logging in again. Claude opened a tab, read each page from screenshots and handled the support chat. Afterwards it suggested filing a regulator complaint, and he had it fill out that form too.
What happened
The poster says the agent turned down the first refund offer and ended up with a refund roughly two thirds higher, about double what he pays for his Claude plan.
Keep in mind
He says the browser control is slow, so it suits tasks you can leave running. He also felt the final refund was still less than he deserved, and the outcome of the complaint is not reported.
Try it with your agent
I am signed in to <provider name> in this Chrome window. Open their support chat and request a refund for <describe the service problem and dates>. If the first offer is below <what you consider fair>, explain why politely and ask again, using only facts from my account and bills. Do not agree to any plan change or new contract, and summarize the chat for me at the end.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
