What they did
HR used Copilot to analyse data and forecast employee turnover, draft and review policies, and report on its internal chatbot. Finance used it to summarise documents, analyse spreadsheets and research tax rules across the company's 30 markets. Marketing used it to prepare content for three global events and to rework the website homepage.
What happened
The company says each HR staff member saved about 1.5 to 2 hours a week, adoption among activated accounts passed 95%, and key workflows were up to 20% more productive. It also credits Copilot suggestions with a 3.5 times rise in website lead conversion after the homepage rework.
Keep in mind
This is a Microsoft customer story about a pilot, and the figures are self-reported without baselines. The website gains also involved a separate analytics tool, so Copilot's share is unclear.
