What they did

Artie, a 17-person data startup, runs a family of Hermes profiles on one self-hosted machine in Germany, one per team, each with its own access and with skills kept in a shared Git repo. The BizOps profile handles recurring operational work: pipeline reviews, reconciliation and tracker updates.

What happened

The company says the profile surfaces the exceptions that need a human, and that because the agents already have the docs, CRM and internet, they work proactively; most staff use them through Slack.

Keep in mind

A person reviews anything before it reaches production, docs or a customer. The post gives no figures for BizOps specifically, and the company says Hermes is roughly 85 to 90 percent of the way there.

Try it with your agent

Every Friday, review the open deals in <your CRM> and compare them with <your finance or billing records>. Update <your tracker sheet> with stage changes, flag deals that have stalled for more than <number> days, and list any payments, invoices or contract records that do not match. Post a short summary in <team chat channel> with only the exceptions that need a person.

Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
