What happened

The poster says their clients have logged about 8,000 scheduled runs so far. Other client uses in the same post include a 6:30am briefing for an architect and a Christmas catalogue PDF built from phone photos.

Keep in mind

This is a short promotional post from the person who sells the setup, with no detail on reply times, conversion or errors. The owner still decides every reply.

Try it with your agent

Every 15 minutes during <business hours>, check new messages in <your business chat inbox>. For each new customer, write a two-line summary: what they want, their vehicle or product details if given, and how urgent it sounds. Then ask me how to reply, suggesting one short answer I can approve or edit, and never reply to a customer without my OK.

Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
