At launch, the vendor said its own sales team runs a Grok Bot that pulls notes from call transcripts into the CRM and drafts follow-up emails. A salesperson quoted in the announcement says that after showing the bot a workflow once, they feel 2 to 3 times more efficient.

What they did
In the Grok Bot launch post, xAI says its sales team runs a bot that takes notes from call transcripts, writes them into the CRM and drafts follow-up emails. A salesperson quoted in the post says they showed the bot a workflow once and it now runs that routine on its own.
What happened
That salesperson says they feel two to three times more efficient because the bot does the work without them verifying and reviewing it.
Keep in mind
The efficiency figure is one employee's feeling, quoted by the vendor. Skipping review is what the quote describes, not what we would recommend for anything that reaches a customer.
Try it with your agent
After each sales call, take the transcript from <your call recording tool>, and update the deal in <your CRM> with the key points: needs, objections, decision makers, budget timing and agreed next steps. Then draft a follow-up email to the customer that recaps what we agreed and the next step with a date. Save the email as a draft for me to review before it goes out.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
