xAI's recruiting team says a bot matches each interview transcript or recording to the role's scorecard and drafts the feedback form in the recruiter's voice. It then asks the recruiter a few follow-up questions, such as their rating and what to probe next, before redrafting and submitting it to the ATS.

What they did
The same xAI recruiting guide describes Pulse: after an interview, it pulls the meeting transcript or recording, matches it to the role's scorecard and drafts the feedback form in the recruiter's voice. It then pauses to ask a few follow-up questions, such as the recruiter's rating, how the conversation felt and what to pressure-test next.
What happened
Once the recruiter answers, the bot redrafts the form and submits it to the applicant tracking system. The team says scorecards stopped being the task left until late evening.
Keep in mind
This is the team's own account with no accuracy data, though the recruiter's judgment is built in through the follow-up questions. Recording and processing interviews may need candidate consent depending on where you hire.
Try it with your agent
After each interview, take the transcript from <your meeting notes tool> and match it to the scorecard for <role> in <your applicant tracking system>. Draft the feedback form in my voice, quoting the parts of the conversation that support each rating. Before you finalize, ask me for my overall rating, anything that felt unclear, and what the next interviewer should test, then update the draft and wait for my OK before submitting.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
