The same creator duo used Claude Code to build a generator that pulls the best quotes from a YouTube video and lays them out as Instagram and LinkedIn carousels, which other creators now use too.

What they did
They described each tool in plain English, let Claude debug its own errors, and hosted the results on free or low-cost platforms. Alongside the carousel tool they built a podcast packager for episode titles and thumbnail text, and rebuilt their personal website by having Claude scrape the old site to keep its content.
What happened
The poster says carousel work that took half a day to a week now takes minutes, and that the site rebuild took under an hour.
Keep in mind
Results are self-reported with no metrics on reach or engagement, and maintenance and failure cases are not discussed.
Try it with your agent
Build a small web app where I paste a YouTube link. Fetch the transcript, pick the <number> strongest quotes that stand alone, and lay each one on a slide using <your brand colours and font>. Export the slides as square images for Instagram and a PDF for LinkedIn, and let me edit any quote before export.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
