What they did
He set up agents that deliver daily updates on technology trends, the union's own social media activity, and the economy and jobs. Before discussions he has Copilot summarize the agenda and gather background, and he uses it to research issues and sketch frameworks that his team turns into documents or slides. He also built a template agent on labor law and procedures to guide a future production version for officers.
What happened
Microsoft reports that about 93% of the union's staff now use Copilot and about 74% use it weekly, after a 50-person pilot in early 2025.
Keep in mind
He calls the output a first cut that is not fully accurate and must be checked by a person. The legal agent is a template, not yet in production, and no time savings are given for his briefings.
Try it with your agent
Every weekday at <time>, send me a briefing with three sections: news on <your industry topics>, how our posts on <your social channels> performed yesterday, and the latest economic and jobs data for <your country>. Keep each section to five bullets with sources. Before any meeting on my calendar, add a short note summarizing the agenda and relevant background.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
