What they did
The AI Recruiter screens incoming applications, checks them against each employer's criteria and routes candidates by fit, and it is available to applicants at any hour. An orchestration agent called Fountain Copilot lets HR teams set up and run hiring operations in plain language, and customers can build their own agents on Claude models.
What happened
The company says customers see about 50% less manual screening effort, and one logistics customer fully staffed a new fulfillment center in under 72 hours, down from over a week. It says most applicants chose to screen with the AI Recruiter rather than a person.
Keep in mind
These are aggregate figures from the vendor and Anthropic, not from a named employer, and the page does not explain how screening decisions are reviewed for fairness. Fully autonomous hiring agents are described as future plans.
Try it with your agent
Here are the requirements for our <job title> role at <location>: <must-haves, shifts, start date>. Review the applications in <applicant export> and sort each into ready to interview, needs a quick question, or not a fit, quoting the line in the application that supports your call. Never reject on age, gender, ethnicity or other protected traits, and leave final decisions to <hiring manager>.
