What they did
Working in the Claude chat window, the team built single-file HTML dashboards covering more than 15 core indicators that run without internet. Staff drag facility Excel files in locally, and a local measurement advisor updates the dashboards with plain-language requests. Program leaders and senior management receive the resulting analysis and slides.
What happened
The organization says management reports that took a full day now take under 30 minutes, and planning now looks at all core indicators instead of two or three. Half of surveyed pilot users say they save four or more hours a month.
Keep in mind
This was a roughly six-month pilot with Anthropic-donated licenses, and the results are self-reported. The dashboards summarize data for planning; they do not replace clinical or field judgment.
Try it with your agent
Build a single-file HTML dashboard I can open offline that loads <your monthly Excel files> by drag and drop. Show <your core indicators> by site and by month, flag months that move sharply against the previous three, and add a summary page I can paste into slides for <leadership audience>. Do not send the data anywhere.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
